My samsung notes always stated it synced with my one note( another device). But the truth is all the files are synced until page 19. I dont think its my samsung note problem because i have forced sync my samsung notes many times and it has no issue with sync. I tried with clearing cache and data, uninstall and reinstall one note, relink my one note with samsung note. But none works and i am so tired trying all methods and my all my notes still syncing until page 19

    Hi Eliza Nur

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum and taking the time to explain everything you’ve already tried. I understand how frustrating this situation is, especially after multiple sync attempts.

Based on your description, this behavior is related to how Samsung Notes integrates with OneNote. Samsung Notes does not sync content directly into OneNote notebooks or across devices in the same way OneNote normally does. Instead, Samsung Notes syncs to Microsoft through the OneNote Feed, and this sync process is managed by Samsung, not by OneNote itself.

As a verification step, please sign in to OneNote on the web using the same Microsoft account and check the OneNote Feed there. You can also install the OneNote app on the same Samsung device to see whether the Feed content appears there as well.

If you haven’t already, please also confirm the following checks:

    • Your internet connection is stable.
    • You have sufficient available storage in OneDrive.
    • Samsung Notes is fully updated.

In addition, based on community experience, you may want to try these steps on your Samsung device, if not already done.

    Prevent Samsung Notes from sleeping:

    • Open Settings > Battery > Background usage limits.
    • Select Never auto sleeping apps and add Samsung Notes.

    Check app permissions:

    • Long‑press Samsung Notes and open App info.
    • Select Permissions.
    • Review each permission and ensure they are enabled.

    Enable automatic date and time:

    • Open Settings > General management > Date and time.
    • Turn on Automatic date and time.

Please let me know how things go on your side as your update can also assist others in the community who may be facing the same issue.
