when iopen the app there is a repair app error is coming when choose repair now option it vanish so couldn't run the app

when open excel the app repair error come when choose repair option it vanishes and couldn't run the excel and this happen with all msoffice app

    If the quick repair option is not working to resolve the problem with the Office apps, the best option is to perform a full repair of your Office installation.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

    Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation.
