In Teams app - how can I display all teams as a list? The default display of a grid of icons is cluttered and hard to navigate if you have a lot of Teams.

    Hello @Steve,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on my understanding, if you’d like to display all your Teams in a list instead of the default grid of tiles, you can adjust this directly in the Teams settings. Please try the following steps:

Go to the three‑dot “More options” menu in the upper‑right corner next to your profile avatar hen select Settings.

    User's image

In the screen that appears, choose "Appearance and accessibility" from the left panel. On the right side, scroll down to the Layout section and select List instead of Grid.

This will switch your Teams view into a simpler list layout, which is easier to navigate when you have many teams.

That’s how the feature is designed to work according to the Teams settings reference. However, if your question refers to something slightly different, for example, a different type of view, a specific Teams for Education layout, or another part of the interface, please let me know so I can understand more clearly and continue assisting you.

Thanks again, and I’m happy to help further!
