To avoid validation failures when creating a language service, ensure that the name you choose does not include any reserved words or trademarks. The following words are reserved and cannot be used in resource names:

    1. ACCESS
    2. APP_CODE
    3. APP_THEMES
    4. APP_DATA
    5. APP_GLOBALRESOURCES
    6. APP_LOCALRESOURCES
    7. APP_WEBREFERENCES
    8. APP_BROWSERS
    9. AZURE
    10. BING
    11. CORTANA
    12. DYNAMICS
    13. EXCEL
    14. EXCHANGE
    15. MICROSOFT
    16. WINDOWS

Additionally, names cannot start with the word "LOGIN". To resolve your issue, choose a name that does not include any of these reserved words or trademarks. For example, you might consider using a unique combination of letters and numbers that do not resemble any reserved terms.
