I uploaded my schedule via an .ics filet outlook but there has since been changes. Im having trouble deleting all events I've uploaded in the pst in order to upload my new schedule. Online it recommends switching to list view and then selecting all and deleting, but it seems in the newer version of outlook the "list view" no longer exists. Can anyone help me delete my events?

    Hi @Harrison Turner
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Based on your description, I understand that you imported your schedule using an .ics file in New Outlook for Mac, and now you would like to delete all of the imported events so you can upload an updated Schedule.

To better understand your case, could you please share a few more details?

-Which macOS version are you currently using?

-Which Outlook version are you using?

You mentioned uploading it “in the PST,” so could you please confirm the exact steps you followed to import the .ics file into Outlook on your Mac?

In the meantime, could you please check the Calendar view in Outlook and see whether the List option is available? For example, when you click the drop-down next to Month (top-right of the Calendar view), do you see a List view option similar to what is shown in my screenshot?

To delete events from your Outlook calendar, you can try the following methods:

    1. Use Outlook on the Web: If you have access to Outlook on the web, try deleting the events there. Sometimes, actions can be completed more easily in the web version.
    2. Delete Items in the Deleted Items Folder: Make sure to empty the Deleted Items folder, as this can sometimes affect your ability to delete calendar items.
    3. Run Outlook Commands: You can use command line switches to help with deletion. For example, you can run outlook /cleanreminders or outlook /cleandmrecords from the command prompt. Make sure to exit Outlook before running these commands.
    4. Edit and Delete Messages: If you are unable to delete a specific event, try editing the event message slightly (like adding or removing a character) and then attempt to delete it again.
    5. Use MFCMAPI Tool: If the events are corrupted and you cannot delete them through the normal interface, you may need to use the MFCMAPI tool to delete the corrupted items. This tool allows for more advanced management of Outlook items.

Make sure to back up your data before using advanced tools like MFCMAPI, as incorrect usage can cause data loss.
