Unfortunately that's a bad UI design.
You would have to go find the file that's in the Post tab, hover over, click on the three dots, then find the delete opton.

I have MS Teams for personal use, as part of my O365 subscription. It is not part of a workplace/school IT-managed ecosystem.
I am trying to use Teams for my study group fellow students of a course I am studying. I have created a community, and added some files, but need to delete one - and can't.
I have tried the meatball menu (...) and only have the following options:
I am the community owner and the subscription holder for the Microsoft account linked to the Teams App.
Why can't I delete or rename the file? and how can this be fixed?
