I got an email saying a subscription is renewing even though I don't have an account with Microsoft associated with this email address I wanna make sure if this is a scam or not.email photo.jpeg

    Hi!

    It appears to be a phishing scam. If you do not have a Microsoft Account associated with the email address, then it is a scam. Microsoft cannot renew or charge a subscription without an account tied to the email address. That alone is a major warning sign.

    Please do not call the phone number, Reply to the email, click any link, or download any attachments.
