Technical support is unable to provide support. This is unacceptable!

    Dear @Stefan Wisniowski

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Important Note on Privacy: To protect your personal information in this public forum, I have redacted your sensitive details from your previous reply.

Even though Microsoft owns Skype, they are handled differently:

Skype Number is a telecommunications service for individuals.

Teams Phone is a business telephone system.

The two systems are managed separately.

Even with Business Premium for non-profits, you must still have the proper Teams Phone licenses to receive calls:

    • Microsoft 365 Business Premium (You already have this)
    • Teams Phone Standard
    • Calling Plan or Direct Routing

    Reference:

    Moving Skype Number to Teams

How do I port my Skype Number to another company?

Therefore, because this process is quite complex, I suggest you contact the Microsoft Technical team. They can guide you to set up a Teams meeting to guide you directly. Because I am only a forum moderator, I don’t have the tools to make direct calls or investigate inside your tenant. Only the Microsoft technical team has the tools to do this, so please help me reach out to them.

If you are the Global Admin of this tenant, please submit a ticket in the Admin Center to reach out to the Microsoft technical team. (If you are an end-user, please reach out to your Global Admin to ask them to submit it for you).

Here are the instructions for submitting a ticket in the Admin Center: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Direct guidance will help you understand the process more clearly and ensure nothing is missed during the setup.
