If you don't see Copilot in your Outlook, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check License: Ensure that you have been assigned a license that supports Microsoft 365 Copilot. Your Microsoft 365 admin can verify this for you.
    2. Enable Copilot: Ask your Microsoft 365 admin to make sure that Copilot isn't blocked by your organization's policies.
    3. Install the App: If you are an admin, you can deploy the Service in Microsoft 365 Copilot in Outlook by signing into the Microsoft 365 admin center and following the steps to deploy your Office add-ins. It may take up to six hours for the Copilot to appear in the Outlook ribbon after installation.
    4. Update Outlook: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Outlook, as Copilot requires the most recent updates to function properly.

If the issue persists, you may want to refer to the detailed troubleshooting steps provided by Microsoft.

    Hi @Yechiel Gil [Brainserve]

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum and sharing your concern.

To better understand your situation, could you please help confirm a few details:

-Are you using a personal Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com, Hotmail, or Live), or a work/school account?

-Which Microsoft 365 license is currently assigned to your account?

-Are you using the new Outlook, classic Outlook, or Outlook on the web?

As a first step, please review the suggestions from Q&A Assist, including checking your license assignment and making sure Outlook is fully up to date.

Regarding licensing, Copilot is only available with specific subscriptions:

-For home users, you should have Microsoft 365 Personal or Family, or Copilot Pro.

-For work or school accounts, you should have Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, E5, F1, or F3, along with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

If your account doesn’t have a Copilot‑supported license, the Copilot button will not appear in Outlook.

If you already have the correct license but still don’t see Copilot, you can try the following steps:

-Make sure Outlook is updated to the latest version.

    -Refresh your license:

+Open Outlook > select File > Account > Update License.

+Close and restart all Microsoft 365 apps you have open so the license refresh can take effect.

-Check your privacy and connected experiences settings:

    +Open Outlook > select File > Account.

+Under Account Privacy, select Manage Settings, then make sure “Turn on optional connected experiences” is checked.

You can refer to this article for more detail: How to find and enable missing Copilot button in Microsoft 365 apps - Microsoft Support

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please feel free to share more details here so I can assist you further.
