A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi @David Ward
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
If someone has added a 1 TB file to your OneDrive and is actively deleting files from your device, you must take action immediately.
-Go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and change your password right away
-Enable Microsoft Authenticator or SMS verification for two-factor authentication. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone has your password.
-Sign out everywhere to disconnect any unauthorized sessions from your account.
Since the channel tag is OneDrive for Business, the official Microsoft Support path is:
-If you are the admin, you can submit a support ticket via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
For further instructions, you can follow this guide: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
-If you are not the admin, ask your organization's IT admin to open a Microsoft ticket immediately.
If you are using a personal Microsoft account:
Go to Microsoft Contact Us > Type "Support" and click Get Help > Click Sign in to contact Support at the bottom of the page. > Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option > Under category, select Technical Support > Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
I hope this helps.
