2026-01-19T03:23:50.1033333+00:00 To connect your AirPods Pro 2 to your Surface Studio, ensure that your Surface Studio meets the minimum requirements for Bluetooth connectivity. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the connection issue:
- Check Bluetooth Settings: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your Surface Studio. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Pairing Mode: Place your AirPods Pro 2 in pairing mode. To do this, open the lid of the AirPods case and press and hold the button on the back of the case until the light flashes white.
- Add Bluetooth Device: In the Bluetooth settings on your Surface Studio, click on Add Bluetooth or other device, then select Bluetooth and choose your AirPods from the list.
- Driver Updates: Ensure that your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can check this in Device Manager under Bluetooth. Right-click on your Bluetooth device and select Update driver.
Regarding the AirPods Pro 4 not working with Microsoft Teams, it's important to note that only Teams-certified peripherals guarantee full functionality with the Teams app. If your AirPods Pro 4 are not certified, you may experience issues such as audio not syncing or controls not functioning properly. For optimal performance, consider using Teams-certified devices.
