    Dear @Linda Hayward,

Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

As per your description, I understand that you're having trouble finding where to renew your subscription since it expired today.

When you have recurring billing on for your Microsoft 365 for business plan, your subscription will automatically renew each month or year.

Here's how to check to make sure recurring billing is turned on:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Sign in with the admin account for your business or with an account that has admin permissions.
    2. Go to Billing > Your products.
    3. Select the product you want to manage.
    4. In the Billing settings section, select Edit recurring billing.
    5. In the Edit recurring billing pane, select On or Off.
    6. Select Save.

For reference: Renew or cancel your Microsoft 365 for business subscription

Please don’t hesitate to get in contact if the above suggestions still didn't work. I will be more than happy to assist you further.

Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. I am looking forward to your response!
