I have purchased 365 Basic for my spouse and she cannot activate or login to her account

Hello,

Did you buy the subscription using your own Microsoft account hoping to share it with her, or did you sign into her specific account to make the purchase?

It is important to note that Microsoft 365 Basic (the 100GB plan) is for one account only and cannot be shared with family members. If you bought it on your email, the benefits apply to you, not her. If you definitely bought it on her account, what exactly happens when she tries to log in?
