    Hello

Is this subscription from Microsoft directly, or from your App Store on your iOS? I saw you picked iOS as your question's sub category.

If it is with Microsoft directly, cancel it first, Please go to https://account.live.com

Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Subscriptions. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.

Typically, within the first 30 days you can request a refund: Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

If it was via iOS's app store, you need to request it from Apple, not Microsoft, because the payment processed via Apple.

    Microsoft explains it here:

Apple's refund request instruction is here: https://support.apple.com/118223

To request a refund for a subscription that was automatically deducted, you typically need to cancel the service within a specific timeframe to qualify for a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase or renewal, you may receive a full refund. If you cancel within seven days, you may receive a prorated refund based on your usage. After seven days, no refunds are available, and you would need to pay for the full term, even if you don't use the product.

I recommend checking your subscription details and contacting Microsoft support for assistance with your refund request.
