Dear @Emily Myers,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand that you are not able to sync your OneNote notebooks between your laptop and your iPad.
Have you had a chance to check the suggestion provided by our Q&A Assistant above? If the issue persists, please let us know which suggestions you tried and what happened.
Besides, could you please share:
- Was this notebook originally created on your laptop?
- Do you see this notebook when you sign in to OneDrive on the web?
- Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a school/education account for OneNote?
- Does the notebook appear on the iPad at all, or is it missing completely?
- Is this happening with only one notebook or with multiple notebooks?
In the meantime, I recommend trying a quick test: create a new OneNote notebook in OneDrive, then open it on both your laptop and your iPad. If this notebook syncs correctly, it usually means the original notebook is not stored in the cloud yet.
Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your cooperation.
