- Go to https://account.live.com/password/reset.
- Select “I forgot my password” and enter your Microsoft account email.
- If the listed recovery options do not work, choose “I don’t have any of these” to access the Account Recovery Form.
- Complete the form with as much information as possible (previous passwords, subject lines of recent emails, contacts, etc.). The more accurate the information, the higher the chance of regaining access.
