After upgrating my iphone the autentificator app. doesn't connect to your system and I have no access to the admin area to make the changes I need. I have an open case #2601120040009468

Hello Bob Smith,

Our customer engineer would helped you in resolving the issue by providing below steps.

As the MFA request has been approved you can follow the below steps to setup MFA and the Details on the Account.

Open InPrivate tab on the browser and visit admin.microsoft.com

Enter the User ID and then Enter Password and click next

then Setup Authenticator app using the Scanner code.
