I was approved for $5,000 Azure Sponsorship credits under Microsoft for Startups. The sponsorship page shows Active credits, but no Azure Sponsorship subscription is created or visible in any directory. Please attach the sponsorship to my tenant or provis

I have the same problem. I noticed that I have $1,000 in credits, but I’m not sure which subscription those credits are assigned to. At the moment, I can only see one subscription, “Azure Subscription 1.” Could you please confirm whether the credits are associated with this subscription?

I have tried all suggestion above but cannot see Azure Sponsorship Subscribtion.

If your Azure Sponsorship credits are showing as active but you do not see an Azure Sponsorship subscription created or visible in any directory, you may need to create a subscription to utilize those credits. Here are the steps to create a subscription:

Sign in to the Azure portal using the email address associated with your Microsoft for Startups credits.
Navigate to "Subscriptions" and then select "Add."
Select the billing account under which the credits are allocated.
All subscriptions under that billing account will be able to use the allocated sponsorship credits.

If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to support through the Microsoft for Startups Portal for assistance in attaching the sponsorship to your tenant.
