My One Drive is showing shared files with unknow people & sexually explicit pdfs

I am seeing a share folder with a list of unknown people and attachments to be downloaded with sexually explicit content from people I don't know and don't want.

Options to report concern or block share do not work.

I need to get ri8d of this muck. That is why I am seeing so much junk mail and I am unable to block

Please help. I need to recover my email address and content of my emails and One Drive

    This may be due to a successful phishing attempt which may have compromised your account. Recommendations:

    1. Reset your password - https://account.microsoft.com/security
    2. REMOVE malicious app access https://account.live.com/consent/Manage Review all apps, remove anything you don't recognize.
    3. Check Outlook rules https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/rules to ensure no forwarding rules exist to unknown addresses.
