I think this usually happens when the installation process updates the system but does not automatically switch editions.
To resolve this, please go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation and select Change product key. Enter the 25-digit key you received from the Microsoft Store. Once validated, your system should activate Windows 11 Pro. If the upgrade did not install Windows 11 itself, you may need to download the official Windows 11 installation media from the Microsoft website and perform the upgrade again using your product key.
Please ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Windows 11 before proceeding. If you continue to see Windows 10 Pro after activation, I recommend running the Windows Update tool to check for pending upgrades.
