app store certification failed

app store certification for my app always getting failed, they mention as freeze or crash but i cant see anything like that on my 10 years old laptop, it opens quickly for me. what to do now how to fix this?!

The product crashes while trying to load.     In this case you'll need to get the detailed crash logs from Developer Support at http://aka.ms/storesupport to investigate further. Without that data, you're working blind and won't be able to understand what's actually causing the failure.

    If possible, you should also try reproducing the crash locally by setting up a test environment that matches the certification specs. You can use a VM or physical device running Windows 11 build 22621.1265 or newer to test your app under the same conditions.

    I would love to provide advice after seeing the crash logs. Once you have them, feel free to share them here.
