Hi, my name is Rory,

After getting back from being overseas for a couple months, I noticed that my PC would randomly crash, after doing some investigation with input from my friends who are more tech Wizz’es than I, we all came to the conclusion that reinstalling windows might be my best bet. After going through the process, I am now stuck on a screen that says, “ why did my PC restart?”

It then goes on to ask if your PC is connected to the Internet. When I started this reboot, I had great connection. Now, for some reason, my PC is no longer connected to the Internet nor will it from the Internet connection button on this blue screen. I have tried workarounds using the administrator window, I have tried restarting the PC, no matter what I do it will not connect to the Internet. And I cannot get past the screen( supposedly there’s a button supposed to be on the screen, that says install without Wi-Fi but mine does not have it )

I’m at of loss for words at this point and I’m in real need of help. Any and all help is appreciated.
