For the last 35 years I have been developing Time Based Analysis Frameworks that are used to transform an organisations value adding capability and supply chain synchronisation. I have implemented the analysis framework in a wide range of organisation (£500k to £28 billion groups in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, etc) ie - Manufacturing, UK Local Government Services, the NHS Health Patient Journey. Most are sub 15% VA time.

Results of analysis reveal huge amounts of waste, non value adding time and untapped potential. See my various LinkedIn posts for examples.

The next logical stage of development is to display results of time based analysis as a hologram. This would help Directors, Staff and value adding employees grasp the concept and see the waste/NVA.

My questions -

Do Microsoft UK have any Hologram Development capability or interest in technology that helps to transform organisations ?
