I am writing to request assistance regarding my Microsoft MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certification. I took and successfully passed the exam on December 5th, 2025, but as of today, the certificate has not appeared in my Certification Profile under Credentials → Certificates.

Could you please help verify the status of my MS-102 certificate and advise when it will be available in my profile?
