There is no option to turn off the Focus. There is only "Sort Messages" or "Don't Sort Messages" I have tried both and neither works.
I want the "Focus" turned off on my outlook.

On my mac, I see 5 emails in one inbox in Outlook but this doesn't work on my HP. All of the emails are in outlook on both but the HP you have to go to each separately. I have tried all the suggestions found online.
