How do you export photos from Photo Manager?

I have a number of photos from my iPhone that were downloaded to Photo Manager that I lost when I reset the iPhone. I am trying to retrieve them.

    The Pictures and videos you exported to the computer using the Photos app are located in a folder in your computer. You can check the file location by opening the picture/video, select the three dots on the top row > Open in File Explorer.

    From the folder, you can export to anywhere you want.
