Two outlook emails for my business have stopped working

I have a website with GoDaddy and they also control two of the email accounts for our small non-profit. Microsoft has control of the other email accounts. The emails controlled by Microsoft suddenly stopped working on Wednesday. When I look in the admin it says my subscription should be active. However, I can not send or receive emails on either of the email addresses. I do not know how to get the emails working again.
