If your account is locked and you are unable to access your BitLocker recovery key, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check for Recovery Options: If your BitLocker recovery keys were saved to Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), you can access them by signing into your Microsoft account at https://myaccount.microsoft.com. From there, navigate to the Devices tab and select your Windows device to view the BitLocker keys.
    2. Self-Service Portal: If you have previously signed in to your computer successfully, you might be able to use the Self-Service Portal configured by your IT administrator. This portal allows users to regain access to their computers without help desk assistance. You will need to enter part of your BitLocker key ID displayed on the recovery screen.
    3. Contact Support: If you are unable to resolve the issue through the above methods, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance with your locked account and BitLocker recovery key.
    4. Account Recovery: If your account is under Terms of Service (TOS) suspension, you may need to follow the account recovery process outlined by Microsoft to regain access.

It's essential to ensure that you have backups of your recovery keys in the future to avoid similar situations.
