Cant get NDI to work with NEW teams. Help!

Hello,

I subscribed to the paid version of Teams to access the NDI technology I use in my meetings. Now that I've migrated to Windows 11, I'm having a lot of trouble with it. It stopped working out of nowhere, and when I checked the settings in Teams, the download bar for the NDI binaries just keeps loading forever. I confirmed the settings in the admin center and everything is okay, but the binary download bar still doesn't stop. I downloaded the binaries manually, tried to install them, and nothing worked either. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Teams several times, tried other accounts, and the binary download process simply never completes. I need help with this situation because I'm still paying the monthly fee for the program and I can't use it as needed. What can be done?

    Hello @Junior Souza

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

I totally understand that you have purchased and you need to have full features of Microsoft Teams to support your work. In this case, I will try to help you double-check by several troubleshooting steps, but I also need to clarify that as we are only forum moderators, we are not authorized to access the backend user data and affect the product settings to support you.

I suggest that you try from step 1 to 3 in order to see if this issue still persists:

    1/ Run System File Checker

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command, and press ENTER:

    sfc /scannow

Warning: Do not close this Command Prompt window until the verification is 100% complete.

The sfc /scannow command will scan all protected system files and replace corrupted files with a cached copy. The scan results will be shown after this process is finished.

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files - Microsoft Support (Step 2)

    2/ Reinstall your Teams

Uninstall Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support

    Reinstall Teams:

    • Visit the official Microsoft Teams download page.
    • Click Download for desktop and run the installer.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

Download Microsoft Teams Desktop and Mobile Apps | Microsoft Teams

    3/ Update Windows version

Settings -> System -> Windows Update

    4/ Roll Back Window Version

You can follow this article guidance to go back to Go back to the previous version of Windows - Microsoft Support and double check if this issue still persists.

Hope this information will support you move forward.

    Hello again,

I followed your suggestion, the scan came back all right, and my Windows is up to date, but the problem persists. The binaries remain on the download screen and don't complete the operation. I also requested support through Microsoft Admin, and they informed me that you are aware of this error and are planning an update to resolve the problem, but for how long? I've been having this problem with Teams for a month now, and nothing works. It's really frustrating because you shut down Skype, which was free and worked perfectly, and forced us to migrate to Teams, which is paid, and I can't use the platform as I should. It's absurd.
