I want to unblock my Microsoft Access File

When I open the file, Access file say that the active content in the file is blocked I have try Properties and Internet Option also cannot. Properties dont have unblock Internet Option is the type of URL is unvalid

If yes, what happens when you click Enable Content?
2> If you don’t see that notification bar, you may need to adjust the Trust Center settings:
Open a blank Access database.
Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.
Configure the settings as shown in the screenshots I’ll provide.
Additionally, please add the folder where you downloaded the file as a Trusted Location.
Make sure to tick Subfolders of this location are also trusted.
Once all settings are complete, please try reopening the blocked file.
If the issue persists, please upload the file to OneDrive and send me a screenshot of the notification that says the file is blocked via private message, so I can investigate further.
