I can only see the five or so most recent chats in TEAMS suddenly. Why? How annoying!

When I open Teams, I see only a few of the most recent chats. I used to be able to scroll back as far as I might need to. As far as I know, I did not change any settings, but who knows what sort of things my employer may have done and not told anybody about. Makes the tool near useless. If I can't even go back a full month to make sure everything has been addressed, it is a poor tool for the workplace. Weird thing, my coworkers are not having the same issue.

1. Clear Teams Cache

Windows:

Quit Teams completely.
Press Win + R, type: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
Delete the contents of the Cache, blob_storage, and databases folders.
Restart Teams.

2. Check Filters

In the Chat tab, make sure you’re not in “Unread” or another view.

3/ Try the Web Version

Check if the issue is only on the desktop app:

Go to Microsoft Teams Web version and log in https://teams.microsoft.com/
Click the Teams icon, if it works here, the issue is likely with your desktop app

4/ Reinstall, Repair or Reset Teams

Go to "Windows Settings" -> "Apps" ->" Installed apps"-> "Microsoft Teams"
Click on "Advanced options" -> Scroll down and choose "Repair" (you can tried to repeat this step several times)
If that doesn't work, try to "Reset" (After that, you need to sign in again)
