To check your meeting time, select the Calendar icon in Outlook and locate the meeting. Once you find it, you can view the time directly in the Outlook time panel or double-click the meeting to see details under the clock icon.

You can also adjust your calendar view by month, week, or day to gain a comprehensive overview and make it easier to find your meeting.

I tested this with Outlook using two scenarios: a meeting that is currently in progress and a meeting that ended.

For a meeting that is still "ongoing":

You can click on the invitation email and see the options to "Accept or Decline" the meeting in the upper-right corner of the email.

For a meeting that "ended" a week ago:

Since the meeting is over, you will no longer see the options to "Accept or Decline".

For any upcoming meeting, if you don’t see the meeting time in the email invitation, you can double-check the schedule in your "Outlook calendar" or the "Microsoft Teams calendar" as my guidance in my previous reply.

You can also focus to the "clock symbol" to check for the meeting time quickly.

If you can't see the Teams meeting time on the invite in Outlook, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Check Installation: Ensure that the Teams Meeting add-in is installed. The add-in is automatically installed for users with Microsoft Teams and Office versions 2013, 2016, 2019, or 2021 on Windows. If you are using the Microsoft Store version of Office, the add-in is not supported.
Restart Applications: Close both Outlook and Teams, then restart the Teams client and sign in. After that, restart the Outlook client.
Check Add/Remove Programs: Look for the "Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office" in the Add/Remove programs list to confirm it is installed.
Mailbox Visibility: Ensure that the user's mailbox is not hidden from the Global Address List (GAL), as this can affect the availability of the Teams add-in.

If the issue persists, consider checking for updates or reinstalling the add-in if necessary.
