I understand that it is very frustrating when your account is locked out. Before we proceed, may I confirm how is your account locked? Does it say you entered the wrong password or let you sign in with the password but then saying your account is locked?
If the second part is correct, it could come from any suspicious activity or log in attempt that happened to your account, and the system has blocked it to protect your account. Your password is still the same, and resetting is not needed. However, you should still change it when you get back the access. To unblock your account, please fill out this Account Reinstatement Form, the results might take a few days. Thank you for your understanding.
