I'm having trouble activating the Win 10 ESU license on my Lenovo C440 AIO with Win10 Pro 22H2 64bit. I previously had a KMS license (picture 1) installed on the computer. I want to extend support for a year using the ESU license, and I get a message during the ESU license activation process, as shown in picture 2 (error 0xC004E016 "The Software Licencing Service reported that the product key is invalid"). There was no problem with other Lenovo C440 computers with Win 10. Please advise me how to solve the problem. Thank you.

    Hello, Brudka Marcin.

Please post a screenshot of the slmgr.vbs /dlv command window here and specify, is this your personal PC?

Has your organization acquired the required number of ESU licenses? Check the compliance with the requirements and the correct activation of the ESU: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/extended-security-updates (see this and further sections).

In this case, I recommend creating a support request for corporate clients in accordance with your support plan. The specialist will have the opportunity to remotely connect to the "problematic" PC and study the problem "on the spot".
