unable to attend the Microsoft Azure virtual training

Dear Microsoft Training Support Team,

I am registered for the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals Part 1 scheduled on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 at 11:30 AM Singapore Time (2:30 PM NZDT).

Despite receiving the confirmation and join link, I was unable to access the live session. The page did not redirect me to the event, even after trying multiple browsers, incognito mode, and ensuring I was signed in with my registered email.

Could you please assist me in:

Confirming my attendance status for Part 1

Providing access to the course materials

Ensuring I receive the 50% exam voucher as part of the training completion

I would also appreciate guidance on how to avoid this issue for Part 2 tomorrow.
