I need a refund. My card was charged

I was part of the Microsoft Azure sponsorship. It expired and I canceled my subscription. My card has now been charged $112 and that's all the money I had. I needed it to pay my rent. Can I get a refund

    Submit a Billing Support Request:

    For refunding the unintended payments,

    To get dedicated support, please follow these steps to create a support request through the Azure portal. Azure Subscription & Billing Support is free of cost.

    Click on New support request and follow the prompts to submit the details of your issue.

    1. Go to the Azure Portalhttps://portal.azure.com/auth/login/
    2. Navigate to Help + support - Microsoft Azure Help + SupportCreate a support request.

    Select the subscription and click Next. You will then see a list of suggested solutions. If none of this address your issue, please proceed with the steps outlined below.

    Scroll down past the suggestions until you see the Contact Support option. From there, select Create a support request

    2. Click on create a support ticket as shown above & fill in the form with the following details:
      • Issue type: Billing
      • Subscription: Select your Pay-As-You-Go subscription
      • Service: Billing and subscription management
      • Problem type: Credits or refunds
      • Problem subtype: Free trial or student credits not applied / expired
      • Description: describe your issue clearly
    3. Then submit the request. Azure Billing Support will review your account details and can often refund the billed amount

    If the solutions appear again, click on 'Return to support request'.

    Click Next, and you will then be able to create the billing support ticket.

    You should receive an automated email within a few minutes and then be contacted by support within 1 business day.
