Why does the local link to Toledo Oregon include data from Toledo Ohio?

"If you have a concern about particular URLs or other information contained in search results, you may report these to Microsoft Bing."

You are obviously getting this error as Bing is doing a string search on "Toledo" instead of a local search on your IP co-ordinates.
