I can't create or find best/high/ultra performance plan in the power option in control panel

i setup windows Win11_25H2_English_x64 on my laptop, my laptop is Dell Precision 7550, when i open power options in CP i can't find any power plan but only balanced one, i tried to create one but i couldn't also find any option for the one i will create but the balanced plan only, so how can i solve this?

    Open the Start Menu, type cmd and select "Run as administrator"

    On the Command Prompt window, paste each command below and press enter. The commands are relative to the perspective power plan

    Ultimate Performance CMD Command:

    powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

    High Performance CMD Command:

    powercfg -duplicatescheme 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c
