An Azure service that stores unstructured data in the cloud as blobs.
i have a OS VHD blob that is orphaned and it has a system lease which cannot be broken

The blob was created in 2018 and has something to do with a migration.
The URI to the blob is here: https://dlcdc19059.blob.core.windows.net/vhds/S3-os-1992.vhd
The VHD is orphaned. It does not belong to any VM, either as a managed or unmanaged disk
Because it has a system lease, I cannot delete it. My research says that only Microsoft can do this.
Can you please help?
