hello Microsoft team,
Getting this Email a lot even I got new 4K$ credits please help me to solve as Microsoft for startups portal not working also credit are not shown or updated thats why getting this email that your subscription will converted into pay-as you-go
**even i have already got new 4K$ credits but showing this email as portal is not work-in
please help me

As per the screenshot of email shared, the email explains that you are eligible for getting 4k$ credits if you complete the required tasks to reach the next milestone.
Please follow the instructions to navigate to check pending tasks and complete them to get the 4K credits.
If already completed, do let me know.

yes there are incomplete steps from me as verify your business and all....
But the portal not supporting to do that
" the busines verificaton documents were not accpeted on portal
not able to submit tickets issue also so i raised bout page maintenance in outside support ticket.
here you can see........ @Manish Deshpande working on it
