Tried all that you recommended bar the last one, which I'm not equipped to understand!
How to delete all gaming apps from my laptop?
I just want to delete all gaming references on my laptop. I never asked for Xbox or Gaming Services why are they there?

Xbox, Game Bar, and Gaming Services are built-in components of Windows 11 and are considered core parts of the system. There is no official way to completely and permanently uninstall them, and even if you remove them, they may return after future Windows updates.
You can try to remove most of these components by running these commands in Administrator Powershell:
Get-AppxPackage *xbox* | Remove-AppxPackage Get-AppxPackage *gaming* | Remove-AppxPackage Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp* | Remove-AppxPackage Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.GamingServices* | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers Get-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online | Where-Object { $_.DisplayName -like "*xbox*" -or $_.DisplayName -like "*gaming*" } | Remove-AppxProvisionedPackage -OnlineAfter running these commands: open Microsoft Store, go to your profile settings, and turn off “Update apps automatically.” If these components come back after an update, you will need to run the commands again.
Unfortunately, this is intentional, and there is no supported way to completely and permanently remove these components. There are some third-party debloat scripts out there but using those might cause problems with system features, and Microsoft don't recommend them.
