Hello,

I began to follow the AZ-900 trainings and exercises time ago and then I had to keep it on-hold.

Now I would to use the same account to restart my course but to create resources for test, I have now to pay.. and so I can't do any exercise for free.

I can use another account and restart from scratch but I would avoid to lose previous data.

How can I ask Microsoft to reenable my current account for the exercises and for free? Obviously with the same limited time. In order to complete all my trainings and obtain the Certification Microsoft.
Thanks everyone in advance for your help.

Regards.

Alex

To reactivate your Azure free account, you typically need to upgrade it if it has been disabled due to inactivity or if you have run out of credits. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Check Your Subscription Status: Log into the Azure portal and check your subscription details to see if it is disabled or if you have reached the end of your free credits.
    2. Upgrade Your Subscription: If your account is disabled because you ran out of credits, you can upgrade to a pay-as-you-go subscription. This will allow you to use Azure services again, but be aware that you will be charged for any services that are not free.
    3. Contact Azure Support: If you need assistance or if you believe your account should be reactivated without charges, you can create a support request through the Azure portal.

If you want to retain your previous data and avoid starting from scratch, make sure to follow these steps carefully.

For more detailed guidance, you can refer to the Azure documentation on reactivating disabled subscriptions and upgrading your account.
