I am facing an issue where a specific website does not load properly in my browser. The website link is: Are Converter ToolsWhen I open this link, the page either loads incorrectly, gets stuck, or shows formatting issues. I am not sure if this is a browser problem, cache issue, or something else.I have already tried:

Clearing browser cache

Trying private mode

Restarting the browser

Checking on another device

Still the same issue is happening.

Can someone guide me on how to fix this issue on Microsoft Edge (or Windows, if related)?

Thanks!

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with a specific website in Microsoft Edge. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the loading issues:

    1. Check for Browser Updates: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. Sometimes, issues are resolved in newer updates.
    2. Disable Extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with website loading. Try disabling all extensions and see if the website loads properly.
    3. Reset Edge Settings: You can reset Microsoft Edge settings to their default values. This can help if there are misconfigurations causing the issue. To do this:
      • Open Edge and go to Settings.
      • Click on "Reset settings" and select "Restore settings to their default values."
    4. Check Network Settings: Ensure that your network settings are configured correctly. Sometimes, proxy settings or VPNs can cause issues with loading websites.
    5. Try Another Browser: If the issue persists, try accessing the website using a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox) to determine if the problem is specific to Edge.
    6. Clear DNS Cache: You can clear your DNS cache, which may help resolve loading issues. Open Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

If none of these steps work, it may be worth checking if the website itself is experiencing issues or if there are known compatibility problems with Microsoft Edge.

    Hi Ahmad,

Thank you for sharing your question. If the page is still messed up after you cleared your cache, used private mode, and checked it on another device, then the problem is probably one of these things. Let’s sort this together.

Here's why this might be happening

Edge might be blocking some stuff on the site because of its security settings.

Your DNS cache could be messed up, or your cookies might be old, which can mess up how the page looks.

Extensions or tracking prevention in Edge might be messing with how the page shows up.

The website might not work well with newer browsers completely.

Here's how to fix it in Microsoft Edge

Turn off extensions for a bit:

Go to Settings > Extensions and turn them all off. Then, try reloading the page.

    Clear your DNS cache:

Open Command Prompt and type: ipconfig /flushdns

Restart Edge and see if it works now.

I hope this answer is helpful, if you have any questions, feel free to reply.

    Best Regards,

    Noel
