If you're having trouble connecting Bluetooth devices on your Windows 11 Pro, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Bluetooth Settings: Go to Settings > Devices and ensure that Bluetooth is turned on. If it is already on, try toggling it off and then back on.
    2. Charge Your Device: Make sure that your Bluetooth device is fully charged or has fresh batteries, as low power can affect connectivity.
    3. Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
    4. Update Bluetooth Drivers: Ensure that your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can check this in Device Manager under the Bluetooth section. Right-click on your Bluetooth device and select Update driver.
    5. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in troubleshooter that can help diagnose and fix Bluetooth issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters and select Bluetooth.
    6. Remove and Re-pair the Device: If the device is listed but not connecting, try removing it from the list of paired devices and then re-pairing it.
    7. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure your Windows is updated, as updates can include fixes for Bluetooth issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult more detailed troubleshooting guides or support resources.

Let's check some additional information to help resolve the issue:

    1. What is the make and model of your device?

In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.

Please share a screenshot of that window.

    1. Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager.

Click View > Show Hidden devices

    Expand Bluetooth Section

Take a screenshot and share it here.
