Problem with power bi

In above screenshot there is mentioned a problem regarding to the upload the exel or pdf they display there is no license so fix this problem

    To support you better, please provide me more detail: 

    1. I didn’t see the screenshot attached in your post; could you please share the full error message screenshot? 
    2. I also noticed you tagged Education. Can you confirm if you’re using an account provided by your school (not a personal account like @hotmail.com or @outlook.com)? 
    3. Could you also confirm if the error occurs when you try to upload the file into My Workspace or into another shared workspace? 

    Additionally, you can take note this point:

    • You can upload Excel into Power BI Service for personal analysis with a Free license in My Workspace. 
    • However, if your subscription does not include Power BI Pro, you cannot use sharing or collaboration features with others, nor can you publish content to other users’ workspaces.

    So, Since Microsoft 365 Education plans (A1/A3/A5) have different license capabilities, if your school account is on Microsoft 365 Education A1 or A3, these plans do not include Power BI Pro by default.
