I cant seem to get help from anyone on the phone or a live chat so trying to see if I can get any ideas here. Whenever I go to microsoft.com I am able log in to my account, go to my profile, see and manage my subscriptions etc. no problem. When I try to go to Xbox.com, or click through to the Xbox page, it signs me out. If I click sign in, it takes my email, asks for my passcode, and then brings me to a screen that tells me I have to make a display name (gamertag). I have had my existing gamertag since 03... Ok though. I update it to a newer one that is shorter, and click save and continue. It redirects me to the Xbox site, where I am again, logged out, then the page auto reloads into a screen that tells me I've been logged out. The cycle repeats like this, it will not allow me to log back in and continually asks me to change my gamertag each time.
I have tried this on my Xbox, which is updated. I have tried this on my win 11 pc which is updated. I have used Chrome and Edge, uninstalling plugins and extensions, in standard and incognito mode. I have changed my password, i have removed my sign in key and tried to log in. I have tried the Account sign in helper and it tells me there are no issues with my Microsoft acct. I have tried everything short of sacrificing my first born at this point. I also read that it can be an issue if an account is under 18, but my date of birth is correct, and am well over 18. It seems like there is something that is causing my Xbox profile to be locked, but not my Microsoft. All of the resources provided

Thanks for getting back to us.
It's unfortunate to hear that. It's good to know that you have been able to reach someone in chat, per what they say, your gamertag has been linked with another email. Just in case, may I know if you recognize the new email linked with it?
If you don't recognize it, I'm sorry to tell you that your account might have been hacked. This is a public forum, so moderators are unable to access your account for security and privacy reasons. In this case, you should contact the chat support again and tell them that your account has been hacked to see if they can help you get back your account. You should prepare a new blank email account (if the old one has been logged in and change the log in email, it is not safe to reuse it) and as much information about your account as possible to be ready to prove that the gamertag belong to you if asked, previous billing information or emails detail is the best for this. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello ArtimusGordon,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. It's my pleasure to help you today.
I understand that it is very frustrating when your Xbox account keeps getting logged out when you try to log in. Especially when you are experiencing it on both your PC and Xbox. Before we proceed, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understanding the situation.
Please note that forum moderators have very limited access, therefore we are unable to access your account for security and privacy reasons. We will try to help you locate the cause of this and advise a fix, if possible. But if it requires account access, you might still need to contact live support. Thank you for your understanding.
I'm waiting for your reply so we can work on it together.
