Hi L,
Thanks for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A forum
Are you getting any error like subscription not found? if yes,
This problem occurs if you selected at the wrong directory, or if your account doesn't have sufficient permissions.
To fix this issue:
- Verify that the correct Azure directory is selected by selecting your account at the top-right corner.
- If the correct Azure directory is selected, but you still receive the error message, have your account added as an Owner.
Refer document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/troubleshoot-subscription/no-subscriptions-found
And also, sometimes occurs due to Free Trial Limitations, account activation issues
- Check Subscription Status: Sign in to the Azure portal and go to Cost Management + Billing > Products + Services > All billing subscriptions. Make sure that your subscription related to the Azure free account is active.
- Sometimes, the Microsoft Entra ID Free subscription is rolled out in phases, and it may not appear in your account immediately. This could mean that it’s still in the process of being activated.
- If you have signed up and missed the free trial period, or if your subscription got disabled due to inactivity, consider checking your eligibility for upgrading your Azure free account directly from the portal.
- Ensure you haven’t exceeded the free service limits or encountered an issue with any configurations in your Azure resources that may require an upgraded subscription to activate further capabilities, like creating a virtual machine.
- Sign out and sign back in to refresh portal data and clear cache, use incoginate mode
- If nothing seems to rectify the situation, it might be best to create a support request via Azure portal, create a support request.
