I'm having a major Azure billing issue. I'm having an issue trying to speak to a human to resolve this.

Hello,

I'm a Microsoft employee. Seven months ago, I set up a personal Azure account using the credits provided to me as a Microsoft employee so I could explore and learn the AI capabilities available in Microsoft Azure. I'm not sure what might have been enabled but it has resulted in a very large bill. If a Microsoft employee sees this, is there any way someone can contact me through Teams to help resolve whatever caused this bill to accrue? I’m not sure what I may have enabled that triggered the billing process, and I’d appreciate assistance in understanding and correcting it.

    Below is a screenshot of what I'm getting when I request a refund. This is why I'm trying to speak to a billing support person that can walk me through this.
