It is very weird. My Azure account has Developer plan, but nobody picks up my tickets this month. Does anybody know the phone number I can talk to? Should I open another new ticket? I have a billing and credit issue, and want to solve it ASAP.

    Hello Tom Tanemori,

For the support ticket 2511180040006990 on below request, our support engineers has sent mail.I have posted the support engineer details in private message. In the meanwhile try the below option.

    REQUEST:

    1. Please transfer the new $2000 nonprofit sponsorship credit to the old subscription, OR

    2. Reassign our existing resources to the new sponsorship subscription internally.

This is urgent because our production AI workloads will stop when the old credit is exhausted.

Options When Move Is Not Allowed follow the below steps.

    1. Recreate resources in the subscription with credits:
    2. Export configurations or data
    3. Deploy services again under the subscription with credits.

    Use resource-level alternatives:

    1. For Storage, consider Azure Data Transfer or AzCopy to migrate data.
    2. For AI Foundry or Search, redeploy models and indexesa
