Azure Sponsorship End Date Problem

Dear Sir/Madame,

We have a Microsoft for Startups redemmed benefit (Azure & Azure Open AI). We have received an email informing our sponsorship will end on December 20th.

We would like to extend our sponsorship period, as we have just found the market fit and our Azure credit need will increase next month.

Could you please guide us on how to extend our Microsot Azure Sponsorship for Subscription: 1XXXX0c-a9ff-4XXXXc-96e6-daXXXXXXX20

Hi @Tech Team , once you activate your Azure credits provided to you through Microsoft for Startups Investor Offer, you'll have 2 years to use them. Extensions are not available.

Currently, Microsoft does not allow for extensions of Azure sponsorships beyond the standard period. Once your sponsorship period ends, you will need to reapply to regain access to the benefits. Therefore, I recommend preparing to transition to a pay-as-you-go model once your sponsorship ends on December 20th.

If you have specific needs or circumstances, you may contact support through the Microsoft for Startups Portal for further assistance, but extensions are generally not available.
